What we do.
Introductions: We bring owners together to create an enjoyable and hassle free ownership experience
Legal & Financial Management: Our team manages all contracts and legal matters, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.
All Inclusive Service Package: Our comprehensive monthly package covers maintenance, servicing and general upkeep, keeping the boat professionally maintained, in top condition with no hidden fees or unexpected costs.
Berthing & Insurance: We can coordinate convenient berthing options in a variety of locations and provide competitive insurance plans, combining everything into a single, straight forward monthly fee.
How does it work ?
Finance options are available so you can enjoy the convenience of one monthly payment.
Title of the yacht is shared equally between all three owners with the yacht Part 1 registered on the British Ships Registry.
The standard agreement duration is three years. Upon completion of the term, the yacht can be sold with the proceeds divided equally, or, by mutual agreement, a new contract can be established.
Usage is shared equally among owners with the only stipulation being that the registered owner must be onboard.
Whilst a monthly fee covers all maintenance and operational costs of the yacht, accidents can occur. The yacht is fully insured but if the matter is minor then we will take care of the repair passing the costs to the respective owner.
Cleaning. We ask owners to leave the yacht as they find it and ready to go out again. However we do check over the yacht prior to use to ensure she is cleaned and ready to go out.
Fuel. We simply ask owners to refuel at the end of the usage.
Experience. We look for owners to be to the standard of RYA Coastal Skipper. We offer training through our RYA recognised sailing school to ensure everyone is fully trained and confident in handling the yacht and can provide skippers who can come out on the water with you until you are happy.
