Universal Yachting are pleased to present the stunning Trusty T28 “Cicada” to the market. Built and launched in 2012 to an exceptionally high specification “Cicada” has had just two owners from new. She has been professionally maintained under her current ownership with a no expense spared approach, reflected by her exemplary condition.

Renowned for her build quality and excellent sea-keeping abilities, the Trusty T28 is a capable and comfortable cruiser. Designed by John Moxham, its semi-displacement hull ensures a smooth, safe and dry ride ideal for coastal exploration and inland waterways alike. She featured in the June 2013 edition of Motor Boats Monthly, receiving a glowing review by Nick Burnham, who branded her a real “little ship” and a delight to be aboard.

“Cicada” boasts a highly desirable factory specification, further refined by her owners, including the upgraded 260hp Yanmar inboard diesel engine, diesel warm air heating, bow and stern thrusters with Side-Power remote control, a stainless anchor and a full Garmin navigation suite with AIS, autopilot, and radar.

Fresh from winter maintenance and recently relaunched, “Cicada” is a true turn-key package ready for summer cruising. Whether you’re exploring the coast, crossing the Channel, or meandering through inland waterways, she offers comfort, reliability, and exceptional handling.
