Universal Yacht Share – New for 2025

Available on the following models Dufour 37, Dufour 41 and Dufour 44.

Each yacht features one “Owner Member” and three “Sailing Members,” allowing ample time on the water for everyone.

Unlike many “Boat Clubs,” we offer straightforward membership without complex tiers or hidden fees beyond the monthly payment.

The “Owner Member” finances the yacht and bears no extra costs beyond that. As UK Distributors of Dufour Yachts we are able to offer the owner preferential pricing on the purchase price of the yacht. You will also benefit from our association with Dufour Yachts and all the back up and support we can offer during your ownership.

Universal Yachting handles all maintenance and upkeep of the yacht, including berthing and insurance fees.

For a monthly subscription, “Sailing Members” can enjoy shared access to the yacht without a significant upfront investment or the ongoing costs of ownership.

Every member is guaranteed at least 35 days of sailing during the main season (April – October), plus opportunities for last-minute sailing and off-season use, depending on availability.

Situated at Mercury Yacht Harbour on the River Hamble with easy access to the Solent, Universal Yachting is well-equipped to provide excellent service and reliable support.

Additionally, we are an RYA Training Centre offering instruction at all skill levels, so you can have peace of mind knowing training is available to help you get started.
